SHIPPING POLICY
Orders may be placed online on website of M/s Digi 10G Online Marketing Private Limited (Hereinafter referred to as “Digishop”) at: www.digi10gindia.com or picked up from Digishop’s office and / or from any of the franchisee outlet of Digishop. Details are given below:
PICKUP FROM OFFICE OR FRANCHISEE OUTLET:
Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlet. Payment options for Pickup Orders can be Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card or Credit Card, and Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.
HOME DELIVERY
Home Delivery orders can be placed online for providing easy access & convenience on website: www.digi10gindia.com. Payment options for Online orders can be Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Other Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.
Home Delivery Charges for Customers / Independent Distributors are as follows:
Order value above Rs. 5000: No delivery Charges
Order value from Rs. 2500 to Rs. Rs. 5000: Rs. 49/-
Order value below Rs. 2500: Rs. 99/-
Please Note: Courier Charges are inclusive of taxes and are not refundable.
Digishop try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in Good Condition. It takes 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the Products within India. Delivery may delay due to some unforeseen circumstances or due to certain restrictions imposed by government or any other authority acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.
In case, the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, the customers / Independent Distributors will be notified regarding the same through call from CRM Team & SMS, Email from our Shipping Partner. If the customer / Independent Distributor still wishes to continue with delivery, the same shall be delivered accordingly. If the customer / Independent Distributor wishes to cancel the said order, refunds shall be initiated as per the Cancellation / Refund / Exchange Policy.
The customers / Independent Distributors are advised that, if the packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately inform the CRM Team @ 8430312345 or write an e-mail @ info@digi10gindia.com, mentioning the order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is sent to the concerned customers / Independent Distributors at the earliest.
Governing Law
Any dispute(s) between customer / Independent Distributor or its nominee(s) and Digishop, arising from this Policy, shall be referred to the sole arbitrator (appointed by Digishop) and same shall be adjudicated by such Arbitrator as per provisions of Arbitration Conciliation Act, 1996. However, all proceedings shall come within the jurisdiction of District Courts in Firozabad (Uttar Pradesh, India) only and such arbitration proceedings shall be held in district courts of Firozabad (Uttar Pradesh, India) only. The final decision of the Arbitrator would be binding upon both the parties. Any breach of this covenant by the Customer / Independent Distributor will make him liable for damages and legal costs to the Digishop.
